Solution Required:
The Sykes Group approached us un-happy with their current IT system, and the
support they were receiving for it. Sykes were ready to upgrade there system to
make room for new services and also expand their IT environment. Our project
team designed a solution that suits there requirements and also provides world
wide easy access to staff related services such as e-mail and terminal services.
- Brand new servers designed to handle large volumes of information, this included email servers, terminal servers, file servers, domain controllers, web servers, VPN servers.
- VPN and Terminal server implementation for roaming world clients to access email and other documents.
- Microsoft Exchange setup to host their own email system and backup users email. This is system also allows users to access their email via a web browser anywhere in the world.
- Advanced backup solution that will backup the operating systems and all of its data, which included a complete disaster recovery solution. All servers can be fully restored with entire operating system and data within 4 hours or less.
- SQL server for use with there main software application.
- Complete network, software and hardware support for entire
organization.
